We would like to book the following:
REMEMBER TO DOUBLE CHECK ALL ENTRIES
  • This contract is effective from January 1st of 2023 and applies to all agreements entered into with Wonderful Weddings, hereinafter referred to as "Wonderful Weddings" and the customer listed above, hereinafter referred to as "customer(s)".
     

  • This contract obliges the customer to notify Wonderful Weddings of significant changes in the day's program in a reasonable time before the wedding, i.e. start times, addresses, etc. Wonderful Weddings cannot, in the event of a lack of information, be held responsible for any delays or non-appearances.
     

  • Wonderful Weddings reserves the right to terminate cooperation with the customer immediately if Wonderful Weddings experiences inappropriate, threatening or hostile behavior from people at the wedding, or in cases where the photographer/videographer/assistant/DJ's health is at risk.
     

  • Wonderful Weddings is not responsible for failure to cover parts of the wedding in the event of events beyond Wonderful Weddings' control (force majeure). This includes, but is not limited to, incorrect addresses, delays caused by the couple or the couple's guests, weather, location restrictions, traffic conditions, road closures, accidents and theft. Wonderful Weddings cannot be held responsible for backgrounds and lighting conditions that impair the quality of the commissioned work or make the task impossible. Wonderful Weddings cannot be held responsible for not having photographed parts of the wedding, including individuals or objects.
     

  • Unless otherwise clearly agreed in writing, it is the couple's responsibility to collect permits to photograph at the desired locations if required. Note that many public buildings, e.g. railway stations, metro stations, shopping centers and the like, photography is prohibited unless written permission has been sent.

  • All images taken by Wonderful Weddings are protected by copyright law. This means that Wonderful Weddings has all the rights to the images and they may not be copied, printed, changed or resold without Wonderful Weddings' written permission. If the couple receives a link with images, it gives them limited rights of use over the images, which means that the couple is free to print the images and share the edited images on social networking sites and their own website, blogs, etc. It is not allowed to resell or use edited images in commercial contexts without the written permission of Wonderful Weddings. It is not permitted to change the edited images without Wonderful Wedding's permission.
     

  • Wonderful Weddings reserves the right to use selected images on its own website and associated social networks, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
     

  • In the event that Wonderful Weddings cannot attend and complete the task as agreed in this contract due to injury, illness, an accident or the like. which is beyond Wonderful Weddings' control, Wonderful Weddings will do everything in its power to find a replacement. Should it happen that a replacement cannot be found, no compensation can be claimed, but any advance payment will of course be refunded.
     

  • In the event that all digital files are lost, stolen or destroyed, for reasons beyond Wonderful Wedding's control, including but not limited to hard drive failure, camera failure, etc. the entire amount will be refunded. In the event that part of the images are lost, a percentage loss will be calculated and this proportion will in these cases be deducted from the original price. (Ex: If Wonderful Weddings takes 2000 photos on the day, but then loses 500 of them, the customer will be charged 75% of the full amount). No further compensation will be paid.

  • If the digital files are lost after delivery of the ordered product to the customer, the full amount will be charged and no compensation will be paid.

  • It is not compulsory for Wonderful Weddings  to provide all photos taken on the day, which photos are provided to the customer is Wonderful Weddings own decision.

  • The editing of the images and the overall look will ultimately always be Wonderful Wedding's decision. The photographer will listen to suggestions and ideas from the client, but ultimately it will be Wonderful Wedding's decision.
     

  • When booking, the customer fills in the form below and, by sending it, has accepted Wonderful Wedding's contract and terms. When booking, an invoice of 25% of the total price is sent as prepayment. Once this has been paid, Wonderful Weddings is formally booked - but before payment, the day is reserved for the customer. After the agreement has been concluded - the 25% is no longer refundable.
     

  • The remaining amount is paid via forwarded invoice, as soon as possible after the wedding.
     

  • In the event that the customer cancels with Wonderful Weddings, the following applies:If the customer cancels the agreement earlier than 6 months before the date of the event, 25% of the total agreed price will be charged. If the customer cancels the agreement within 6 months from the date of the event, 50% of the total amount is settled.
