Of course, this is the entire foundation of my business. My team and I have been photographing weddings for more than a decade and with several hundred weddings under our belts, it's our absolute specialty. We love to tell your story from start to finish, and we are really good at it!
There's so much more to photographing a wedding than just taking pictures. Weddings often present challenging lighting conditions, people who aren't used to being photographed, and a tight schedule that can quickly go awry. And that's where we, as professionals, are the perfect choice if you want to ensure that the memories are captured.
As a starting point, we begin 30 minutes before the ceremony and stay until the dinner or through the bridal waltz and the first few dance moves! We emphasize the details and aim to capture as natural images as possible. After all, nothing on your big day is left to chance. Every table setting and various small details around are carefully chosen. And the definition of a good story lies in the details.
We are often asked if there's really a need for a film. And no, of course, there isn't. It's a matter of taste and priorities, just like everything else for your wedding. But if a picture speaks a thousand words - how much does 25 pictures per second convey? Our wedding films are something truly special. They genuinely make time stand still and transport you directly back to your big day. If you can be moved by watching other people's wedding videos - imagine how you'll feel watching your own!
We've never had a client regret having a film made. On the other hand, we've had several who regretted not having a wedding film. That says it all! A wedding film typically lasts about 15-20 minutes, and in addition, you also get a teaser that's about 4-6 minutes long, which is perfect for social media use.
Beyond the beautiful wedding film, all the speeches during dinner are filmed in their entirety, with professional sound recording, so you can watch and listen to them over and over again.

Before I began photographing weddings back in 2012, I played at weddings, both with a band and as a DJ. I've been doing that for almost 20 years now! I love playing music for you and your friends and family, and I have all the equipment needed to do so. The sound must be clear, and the volume should be tailored to the room. There should also be lighting for the dance floor, and most importantly, song requests should be possible both in advance and on the evening itself.
A good DJ typically plays a mix of both new and old songs, catering to everyone. After all, weddings usually have guests from a wide age range. We believe everyone should have the chance to shake a leg to something they enjoy listening to! If I'm booked, we of course have other talented DJs to liven up your big celebration.
In addition to the party music, the package also includes quiet background music for the dinner, and it comes with a wireless microphone for those who wish to use it for speeches.
NOTE:
The solution with me being both the DJ and the photographer, is best suited for weddings where the party it self starts after the dinner. Like it does in most traditional danish weddings. But if you have a more "fluent" timeline with dinner and dancing being mixed - I can hook you up with some of my awesome DJ-friends.
WEDDING PLANNING
& SCHEDULING ASSISTANCE
Have you ever considered that, unless you have a dedicated wedding planner, photographers are actually the only service providers who are with you throughout the entire day? Neither the florists, venue staff, bartenders, officiant, etc. are present from the early preparations up until and including the bridal dance.
And why is this information crucial?
Well, it's because we accumulate vast experience about the flow of a wedding day and what's critically important to pay attention to. If you've been in the profession for many years, you also have deep insight into which other suppliers do things properly. Therefore, we can assist in finding the right help for things like invitations and thank-you cards, bands, table settings, venues, etc.
If you hire Wonderful Weddings, you're welcome to inquire about the planning process! From there, we'll assist in determining what you should do in the given situation.
WEDDING ALBUM
As the icing on the cake, our collaboration can be encapsulated with a beautiful wedding album of the absolute highest quality (available as an add-on for all packages). We design the album for you based on your personal preferences, and then it's handcrafted by our producer in Portugal.
There's an opportunity to take a closer look at the albums during our first meeting, so you have that to look forward to right from the start. They are so beautiful, sturdy, and exude quality from beginning to end. There are plenty of options for cover colors and text, and especially the layout from the first to the last page.
